Paintings-Mixed Media on Canvas

The art and rituals that Jyoti absorbed from his native Nepali culture inspired the rich palette of colors and Tantric imagery that permeate his work. Later, exposure to the paintings of Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, and abstract expressionists Adolph Gottlieb and Jackson Pollack reinforced Jyoti’s personal style of abstraction.
